Normally, there are two streams--four when it's raining;
the fall is then fed also by roof water.  The lilies around
the pool and the lawn of dwarf mondo grass
around it are not visible here.

  The water lilies on the pool are not in bloom
in these photographs because the 
fish had eaten the roots.
